LECTURES

On 20th February 2016, Professor and archaeologist Maria Rita Sgarlata from the University of Catania gave a lesson to the students from II Istituto Comprensivo Alessandro Manzoni about life in town and life in the country in Ancient Roman Sicily. 

On 8th January 2016, 10th graders of Agrupamento de Escolas de Casquilhos had the chance to attend a 90-minute lesson conducted by a technician of the Museum of Archaeology and Ethnography of Setúbal under the programme "The Museum goes to school: the Romans and Romanization in our region". Our students' knowledge of our local Roman Heritage was surely deepened.
